As we enter these worrying and uncertain times, the Directors along with our Managing Director have taken the necessary actions and will be closing our office from 5pm on 24th March 2020 until at least 8am on Tuesday 14th April 2020.
I can assure to our clients that we will be fully contactable 24/7 and have arranged for engineers to be on call for any essential/critical works. Our main telephone number will be answered within normal working hours and our dedicated out of hours number will still be in use. Our response times will still be adhered to as per our contractual agreements and critical spares will be readily available if required.
We have suspended any installation works on non-essential projects for the duty of care to our employees, our clients and the general public.
During this difficult time, we would like for all our customers to be aware that Fisk Groupare operational to assist
our clients 24/7. All engineers have stepped up efforts to ensure cleanliness is a priority and are carrying sanitiser, disposable gloves and have masks readily available, at all times.
Fisk Group were prepared and ready for the Governments actions for a social lockdown and are using our prepared contingencies to continue operating during these difficult times.
The continued wellbeing of our customers, colleagues and suppliers remains our highest priority.
Please follow all Government guidelines and more importantly take care during these challenging times. We appreciate your support and understanding.
