Contracts Manager

We are looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to work from our site office based in Central London (nearest tube – Goodge Street)

This is a key role within the company and candidates will need to demonstrate a high level of competence and understanding of ALL aspects of Contracts Management.

The main role will be to undertake full control of the management of the maintenance of the 200 buildings for one of our main contracts, with the vision of adding to this workload for different contracts at a later date.

Our site office is a location where our engineers currently work from. There are no other admin staff at this site, only a working supervisor running current projects who is in and out all day. There are currently 10 engineers who work out of this site office, whom you will be responsible for.

Working hours – 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To manage maintenance contracts and projects (where required)
  • Managing and distributing works for engineers on site
  • Auditing PPM works
  • Undertaking all admin duties
  • Attending Client meetings and providing contract reporting, such as meeting SLA’s
  • Dealing with Sub-contractors and updating company/universities CAFM systems
  • Undertaking Appraisals, health & safety reviews
  • P&L Reporting
  • Attending Fisk Group head office (Chelmsford, Essex) for monthly management meetings

Candidate Requirements

  • Candidates will need to demonstrate a high level of competence and understanding of ALL aspects of Contracts Management
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Experience managing a team
  • Previous fire industry experience is desirable
