Terry Fisk

Managing Director

Terry started out working for a fire alarm company in London, it didn’t take Terry long to want to be his own boss. In the early 80’s Terry started Fisk and built a stable foundation picking up works for Electrical Contractors carrying out Fire Alarm works within NHS properties and Universities. The company started to grow and Terry was now offering Maintenance Packages to end users after the installations, and eventually being employed directly to end users as a specialist contractor. 2019 is a special year that marks Terry’s 40th year working within the Fire Industry.

Tel Fisk (Terry Jnr)

Group Director

Joined – May 1996

Joining the company straight from school (Literally the day after he left) Tel was thrown in the deep end and has pretty much held every role there is within Fisk. Started learning as an apprentice, Within a couple of years he was running projects to surveying and estimating. The year 2011 Tel was made a Director where he now heads up all new Business and controls all Financial aspects. Tel is the Ying to Mark’s Yang bringing a cool head for figures and direction of the company, with Mark’s strategic approach to contracts.

Mark Fisk

Commercial Director

Joined – June 1999

Joining the company straight from school following in the footsteps of his older brother Tel, Finding the technical aspects of the business of interest, developing a vast knowledge, giving great depth to our management team. Mark has also experienced many roles within Fisk. Problem Solver, Big Character, Entertainer, and in 2011 Mark was also made a Director.

Greg Linehan

Operations Director

Joined - September 2010

Greg joined as part of our project team and carried out the installation and commissioning of large projects for universities and hospital’s. In 2014 Greg was promoted to installation manager including estimating in which he lead a team of multi skilled engineers in carrying out the design, installation and commissioning of fire alarm and emergency lighting systems. In 2016 Greg took on the additional role of the companies compliance manager, this role included engineers training, gaining NICEIC approved status and retaining our BAFE and NSI Gold certification in fire alarm systems, portable fire extinguishers and emergency lighting. Greg is in charge of our recruitment, and he works closely with our apprentices across 4 different colleges.

James Moughton (Jim)

Operations Director

Joined – April 2003

Jim started with the company in 2003 as Tel’s apprentice, carrying out install works and maintenance throughout the South East and occasionally working at University College London. When Tel took on an office based role, Jim moved to UCL permanently and was there for the next 15 years.
Jim worked his way up, working as a supervisor for a few years and then to running the UCL contract up until 2022 when we employed a new contracts manager so Jim could take a more company wide role.
Alongside Greg, Jim was made a director in 2021 and is now involved in most aspects of the business including recruiting, marketing, finance, client and staff liaison among others.

Lois Southwick

Marketing Manager

Joined - January 2015

Lois initially joined Fisk Group in a part-time capacity, providing valuable assistance to both our administrative and finance teams. Her responsibilities included tasks such as preparing quotations, interacting with clients, and supporting our accounts department. Over time, Lois has transitioned into a role where she now oversees and manages all aspects of marketing and communication at Fisk. This includes organising and supervising activities related to social media, advertising, and team events.

Dawn Coleman

Compliance Manager

Joined – July 2019

Dawn started working as an Administrator, booking in, and scheduling maintenance works for our engineers as well as completing other general office duties such as fault letters and answering the phone. In January 2023, Dawn took over the role as Compliance Manager, she is very new to the world of compliance but enjoying her new role and the challenges it brings!

Dan Gibson

Maintenance Supervisor

Joined - 2015

Dan initially joined Fisk as a maintenance engineer and has since progressed to the role of maintenance supervisor. In his current position, Dan works closely with Lauren to oversee maintenance contracts and address any technical issues that arise on site. His daily responsibilities include conducting maintenance visits, carrying out site surveys, managing contract takeovers, and conducting internal audits.

Jason Wadsworth

Contracts Manager

Joined - 2022

Jason, located in our London office, oversees our larger contracts and leads a team of engineers. His daily responsibilities involve managing client interactions, ensuring the smooth progress of ongoing projects, as well as providing on-site support. Jason closely collaborates with Adam, Project Supervisor.

Christopher Pumares


Joined - 2023

With a strong foundation in computer science, Christopher has dedicated the last 2 years to pioneering innovative software solutions tailored for the fire industry. As a pivotal member of the Research & Development team at Fisk Group, Christopher has been instrumental in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing cutting-edge technologies that aim to revolutionize the way fire safety is approached.

Darren Plumb

Security Supervisor

Joined - 2022

Darren is responsible for overseeing our security team and is actively involved in all aspects of our business' security operations. This includes tasks such as generating quotations, maintaining close communication with clients, and providing on-site support. Darren closely works with Georgina, who handles the scheduling of our security projects. Darren also provides technical expertise to address any technical issues that may arise during the project implementation.

Georgina Plumb

Office Coordinator

Joined - March 2021

Georgie schedules all aspects of Fisk Group's fire related services. She manages our engineers' calendars and works closely with our Security Supervisor to schedule installations and services.
This is alongside her other office duties, including preparing fault letters, filing, answering calls and replying to emails.
