Terry started out working for a fire alarm company in London, it didn’t take Terry long to want to be his own boss. In the early 80’s Terry started Fisk and built a stable foundation picking up works for Electrical Contractors carrying out Fire Alarm works within NHS properties and Universities. The company started to grow and Terry was now offering Maintenance Packages to end users after the installations, and eventually being employed directly to end users as a specialist contractor. 2019 is a special year that marks Terry’s 40th year working within the Fire Industry.

Joining the company straight from school (Literally the day after he left) Tel was thrown in the deep end and has pretty much held every role there is within Fisk. Started learning as an apprentice, Within a couple of years he was running projects to surveying and estimating. The year 2011 Tel was made a Director where he now heads up all new Business and controls all Financial aspects. Tel is the Ying to Mark’s Yang bringing a cool head for figures and direction of the company, with Mark’s strategic approach to contracts.

Joining the company straight from school following in the footsteps of his older brother Tel, Finding the technical aspects of the business of interest, developing a vast knowledge, giving great depth to our management team. Mark has also experienced many roles within Fisk. Problem Solver, Big Character, Entertainer, in 2011 Mark was also made a Director.

Greg joined as part of our project team and carried out the installation and commissioning of large projects for universities and hospital’s. In 2014 Greg was promoted to installation manager including estimating in which he lead a team of multi skilled engineers in carrying out the design, installation and commissioning of fire alarm and emergency lighting systems. In 2016 Greg took on the additional role of the companies compliance manager, this role included engineers training, gaining NICEIC approved status and retaining our BAFE and NSI Gold certification in fire alarm systems, portable fire extinguishers and emergency lighting. Greg is in charge of our recruitment, and he works closely with our apprentices across 4 different colleges.
Joined – April 2003
Jim started with the company in 2003 as Tel’s apprentice, carrying out install works and maintenance throughout the South East and occasionally working at University College London. When Tel took on an office based role Jim moved to UCL permanently and has been there ever since.
Jim has worked his way up, working as a supervisor for a few years and now running the UCL contract which has grown greatly since Jim first stared there in 2004. This includes maintenance, projects, call outs and maintaining anything related to fire safety (Gas suppression, dry risers, sprinklers, shutters, smoke vents and extraction, etc)

Started with the company as an Administrator carrying out general office duties, from answering the telephones to running the engineers diaries to dealing with the transport within the company. After a few years working her way up to Accounts Manager dealing with all aspects of the finances and working closely with the directors.
Tina is the Mother Hen of the company.

Lauren started as office junior booking and scheduling all maintenance works and callouts for our engineers along with general office duties such as Fault letters , filing and answering the telephone.
Her role changed within the office and she is now dealing with the larger contracts scheduling our engineers calendar, reporting back to the client and compiling KPIs reports along with attending monthly meetings with our contracts Managers..
I am also PA to the directors working closely with them on a daily basis
